Senior Interior Architectural Technical Designer - Focus
Focus
The role of the Senior Interior Architectural Technical Designer is to provide technical design expertise to the Design and Project teams throughout the duration of each project and ensure the relevant details are in place for on-site and manufacture teams.
Working alongside the Interior Designers and Projects team, you will be the lead responsible for managing the necessary technical drawings, expertise and accuracy, inclusive of GA Packs, Plans and Elevations, bespoke joinery/building control and signage etc.
You will be required to work in conjunction with the projects team to ensure the high level and on time and on budget delivery of these design schemes. Further duties may include liaising with external suppliers, model makers, tech suppliers, bespoke contractors, signage companies & client’s technical teams to assist with details required for the technical drawings.
The Senior Interior Architectural Technical Designer will be the main contact for our client’s technical team and our own contractors throughout the technical design phase and will be the bridge internally between the design and project teams, being the technical lead.

Senior Interior Designer / Architect - Focus
Focus
The role of this Designer is to work hand in hand with the rest of the design team, aiding the Head of Design from conceptual stage, through to drawing up schemes and specifying, whilst also working alongside the technical team by drawing up standard working drawing packs. It is a must for the candidate for this role to have experience working in retail/commercial spaces and have knowledge of onsite/building control regulations.
Through the daily tasks, show creativity through every project, be able to manage time and resource effectively and be able to cost manage. This role is very diverse and requires a high level of organisation, communication, multi-tasking and attention to detail. The candidate will be required to attend client meeting upon request. Self-motivated and keen to get involved in every aspect of the design process are key attributes for this role.
