The Design Council’s ‘Design for Planet’ mission is to galvanise the 1.97 million people working in design in the UK to design our way to a net zero world and beyond. Minnie will discuss the responsibility of designers to use their power as creators to make life better by design. She’ll share how the Design Council are influencing policy decisions to help enable designers to lead the way in our collective response to the climate crisis.

The RSA’s ‘Design for Life’ mission is to enable people, places and the planet to flourish and achieve a more resilient, rebalanced, and regenerative future for all. Joanna will share insights from the foundation of their mission, exploring models which move from extractive to regenerative and the capabilities needed in businesses to enable this change.
